Castle Combe welcomes supercar driving experiences for 2014 - News

Castle Combe is a Racing Circuit in Wiltshire where since its conversion from an Airfield in 1950 has hosted many racing driver legends such as Mansell, Senna and Coulthard just to name a few.

As well as Racing Events, Castle Combe also hosts a range of track days and driving experiences where people can use the circuit either in their own Car or Motorcycle or have an experience driving something else. Up until recently the choices of Cars to drive have been fairly slim and included a Single Seater experience, Rally stage and a performance car experience in a Lotus Elise.

For 2014, and exciting new fleet of Supercars has been brought to the doorstep and now customers can enjoy a driving blast around the 1.85 mile Circuit in something like a Ferrari or Lamborghini. So for instance if you wanted to drive a Ferrari at Castle Combe the standard Experience consists of 3 laps driving your chosen Supercar followed by an Instructor giving you a high-speed lap in a performance Car. You can also book up to drive more than one Supercar from a mouth-watering fleet which includes the Ferrari 360, Ferrari 430, Ferrari 458 Italia, Aston Martin Vantage V8, Aston Martin DB9, Aston Martin DBS, Lamborghini Gallardo, Lamborghini LP560, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, Lamborghini Murcielago, Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, Audi R8, Ariel Atom, Porsche 997 Turbo or Ford Focus RS 2.5 Turbo.

The experience will begin in June 2014 but vouchers can be purchased now from Trackdays.co.uk that will be valid for 10 months. There will be weekend and weekday availability and all you need to take part is a valid UK driving licence.
